My Review:

 Well let me be honest, I have heard so much about Hank Smith and I have heard bits and pieces of an audio book, once...maybe, but I have never read one of his books before. I was pleasantly surprised! I tend to shy away from 'self-help' books and they typically are a chore to read for me. But "Be Happy" was the opposite of the norm! Smith makes you feel like he is talking to you, not lecturing you on how to be a happier person. The book is easy to read, flows well and it read like an everyday conversation a friend would have with you. There were so many wonderful things he said as well. One of my favorites was, "Happiness is contagious! And unlike the stomach flu, it's something worth catching." This is so not your typical self-help book. It is fun yet full of useful information to help you find happiness in your everyday life!
