A book a day...keeps insanity away! I am an avid book reader. When I am not reading, I love to play the piano, sing, or shop until I drop! Reading has been a huge part of my life since I was young and my Mom introduced me to the public library! Since then I have not stopped reading! I hope you enjoy my reviews!
Wrong For You, by Jenny Proctor, LDS Blog Tour & Giveaway!
Book Summary: Lane Bishop is a hardworking, intelligent, young woman. With her recent move to Chapel Hill, she is determined to leave behind the drama and effort of keeping up with the dating scene. Even so, Lane somehow manages to get dragged out by a gaggle of girls to go watch boys play soccer. Just watching is not Lane’s forte, so she joins in the fun and leads her team to victory.
Rather than feeling intimidated by the vivacious beauty on the opposing team, Jamie Hamilton is intrigued. Risking his “untouchable” dating status, he decides to pursue Lane—with a little help from his older brother Simon. With Simon’s behind-the- scenes assistance, Jamie proves irresistible, even to a disillusioned dater like Lane. But as she gets to know both brothers, Lane can’t help but wonder—beneath the grand gestures and romantic words, is she falling for the wrong guy?
Wrong For Young Jenny Proctor
I am new reader to Proctor and I am impressed! Honestly she swept me out of my world and into Lane's immediately. And while I am not a soccer fan, I loved Lane's passion for the game and her skills she used against the Hamilton brothers. The story flowed easily and I could picture Chapel Hill in North Carolina and the Winding Way Inn with Lane hard at work at her desk. And two very handsome Hamilton boys making occasional appearances there! The whole story of Lane trying to figure out if she and Jamie were right for each other and the entire time seeing and noticing things about Simon, I knew it was going to get complicated. I was unprepared for the fun, crazy and emotional journey that Proctor took me on. Yet, I am still wanting more now that I am finished reading! Give me more Lane! Give me more Hamilton brothers! I want more Abuela! Take your pick ladies because any of these Hamilton brothers would be a perfect book boyfriend! This book was a lot of fun to read and I really hope Proctor writes Connor's story next! Rating: LDS/clean/sweet Happy Reading!!! You can pick up your own copy via Amazon.
