Book Summary:

My Review:

Okay let's be honest shall we? This book is slow paced, super slow paced. It is a good book but I continually found myself putting it down and being distracted by other more exciting things. While I enjoyed the sparks between Marianna and Massimo, once again it was just too slow moving for me personally. The time era the book is set in is World War II and there is a lot of suffering and sadness surrounding the time and described in the book itself; some may find that hard to read. This is definitely not your light and fluffy type romance. It is deeper and full of hardship.
