Book Summary:

My Review;

I absolutely loved this book! It is so completely different from anything that I have read recently. It takes place in the medieval times and the main character Margaret is unlike anyone I have ever read about! She is strong, determined, and she is bound and determined to exact revenge for her family at all costs...including her own life. It is rare that a woman, let alone any person, be willing to so easily lay down their own life in order to right a wrong. Along the way Margaret meets and unwittingly falls for Angus Robson, but he is everything she doesn't want. And she doesn't really want the complication of a relationship anyway. I loved reading this book because I was constantly trying to figure out what her next step would be and she constantly surprised me. Wouldn't she ever give up and just live an easier life? Her drive and passion were a huge part of what kept me reading and loving every minute of this book!
