My Review:

 This book was fantastic and I could not stop reading it! Seriously, I disregarded the fact that I had to get up and go to work the next day...this book is that good! Charlotte is strong and courageous, putting on the disguise of young boy in order to get passage on a ship and work her way to her destination. After going through who knows what horrors as a captive, she breaks free and is determined to find her brother. What she didn't expect to find along the way was love. This is not a traditional love story at all and I was swept away by the courage of Charlotte and her steadiness despite her challenges. Captain Thatcher drove me seriously nuts, I didn't know if he would ever realize what was right in front of him. This novel is full of danger, friendship, and love. You will enjoy every minute of this swashbuckling adventure!
