Book Summary:

Jianetta is the newest arrival to the court of the powerful Gonzaga family, and she comes with a plan. Drawn together in nearly hopeless circumstances, the two of them must decide between following their hearts or honoring their family names. Will Jianetta’s secret be uncovered, or will she lose it all, including her chance at an unexpected love?


My Review:

This story pulled me right inside Jia’s world and didn’t let me go until the very last word was read. I am still thinking of the story the day after I finished it. I loved Jia’s innocence, kindness, and goodness. She was such a good person and her light shone for others to see. Armand was kind, gentle, and thoughtful. He was everything a girl wants in a significant other. This medieval romance is stellar and I stayed up until midnight to finish it. The twists and turns will have you stunned and wondering how it will all play out. I highly recommend this sweet historical romance. I received a copy of this book for free, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
