TEASER: “So this is what a Pearl-approved guy looks like.” She shook her head once and cracked a smile. “She’s got good taste, I’ll give her that. You’re an odd mix of sexy and adorable. Don’t see that often.”
I was a little taken aback by the compliment, if that’s even what it was. She may have just been stating what she considered to be fact. She laughed at my surprise and held out her hand to me. “Nice to meet you. I’m Jordan Kramer.”
I’d been afraid of that. “You’re a girl.”
Jordan laughed. “That’s what it says on my birth certificate, but I’m really glad you were able to figure it out without needing to read it.”
Nope. I definitely didn’t need that.

 My Review:

Honestly I was so shocked that the main character was a guy, A GUY!!!! It took about ten minutes for it to actually sink into my brain that I was following a guy's story and not a girl's! BUT, once it sunk in, I was into this story for the long haul! I loved every single moment of this book!!! Oram uses movie and song references throughout the entirety and it was awesome. It brought a smile to my face and helped me to really connect with the characters!

I loved each and every character, which seems impossible, especially with Sophie who was just awful! But I loved the part she played. I loved Jordan and her tiny movie -loving, ice cream eating, Ferrari driving self! Colin was a hilarious addition and he made me laugh! Nate and his brothers (triplets people, triplets !!!) were a special kind of crazy together. But Nate, oh sweet, kind, loyal and too good to be true Nate, his story is the one you follow and cannot get enough of. This would actually make an awesome movie! Oram has hit it out of the park with this one, it is a book you will pick up to read again and again!
