 My Review:

 Well, I totally stayed up until two in the morning to finish this one. This is one of those books that just snuck up on me. It looked and sounded good, but you guys, it is phenomenal! There are so many stories within this story and so many layers to unfold and figure out. The entire mystery kept me reading and page turning until I read the very last word. From the beginning of Alyce's journey until the very end, I was pulled in hook, line, and sinker. Alyce's journey is so unique, I have never read anything like it. Warburton has created a unique historical tale that will take you on an emotional and unpredictable trip beyond your imagination. You will walk away with a new understanding of family and perseverance, terms Alyce truly redefined. For fans of historical romance, this is the book you do not want to miss!
