My Review:

This is a beautifully told story that made me feel like I was right in the middle of a Hallmark movie! I loved the mountains, the small town, and the autumn atmosphere. From cozy coffee shops to the Merry Pine Tree Park, I could picture each and every place. Charlotte had a lot of baggage to work through and Liam was so patient and sweet with her. There were so many layers to Charlotte and I was hopeful that Liam would be the one to peel each and every one back until Charlotte would be whole again. There was a depth to this story that doesn’t usually come with a Hallmark movie which made this story so much better! Benson tackles a difficult subject in a beautiful way. From fall leaves to Christmas trees, each and every detail of this book drew me in and made me feel like I was there with the characters. If you love sweet romance with sparks that fly right off of the page, then this is the book for you!
Although this is the second book in a series, it can be read as a standalone. I received a copy of this book for free; all thoughts and opinions are my own.
