“A Twist of Christmas” by Dana LeCheminant

A Christmas house party offers two members of the ton an irresistible opportunity: a weekend of anonymity. But their charade comes with unexpected romantic consequences.

“Hiding Christmas” by Esther Hatch

Celebrating Christmas in Scotland will only invite persecution. But that never stopped Kirstine's English grandmother. When they are almost caught, Kirstine is forced to beg the help of the one man she cannot abide.

My Review:

This collection of Christmas novellas is by far my favorite! I loved each and every different story and wish there were more! The Holly & the Ivy by Sarah M. Eden is an emotional story of the little Duke and his nursemaid Robbie’s determination to see him loved and protected. This story brought so many emotions with it, I could have read 100 more pages.

Hiding Christmas by Esther Hatch was a story of a Scottish girl named Kirstine who was bound and determined to celebrate Christmas with her grandma without anyone Scottish finding out. Trying to hide the yule bread turned into a complete mess and Kirstine found herself in a completely unusual situation. I loved this one.

A Twist of Christmas by Dana LeCheminant was by far my favorite of the four! I loved how the brothers and then Beth and Jennie decided to switch places for a house party! Oh my goodness this story had me laughing and at points internally yelling at the characters to just tell the other one who they really were! This story kept me on my toes until the very end.

A Season to Love by Anneka R. Walker kept me on my toes! I loved Alice! From her fiery hair to her unpredictable personality, she kept me smiling from ear to ear. She was genuine and so completely unsure of herself, I just wanted her to see how amazing she was. Would she get her happily ever after?

Four amazing authors, four fantastic novellas! Each one unique and lovely, you should treat yourself this season and buy yourself a copy of The Holly & the Ivy!
