Book Summary:

My Review:

This is definitely a unique regency romance! Two sisters needing to find a spouse quickly to save the family from financial ruin. One of them desperately needs to marry in order to support herself and her newborn daughter. The same one lost her spouse to death and the other has never married. This story has so many different facets to it. Charlotte and Elizabeth are so different and I enjoyed watching their relationship grow and change. This story pulls on your heartstrings with the emotional ups and downs of family relationships, sickness, death, and the uncertainty of life. You get to follow both sisters as they travel on their journey to love.

I loved seeing Anne and Thomas from the previous book, An Engagement of Sorts. While the two books share characters, they can each be read as a standalone, but it is so much better if you read both! This is a great regency romance and I was rooting for Sebastian the entire way! (I think you will too) Find a comfy chair and enjoy Elizabeth and Charlotte’s journey to love!
