Book Summary:

As the fourth novel in the series by author Laura Beers, A Shadowed Charade continues The Lockwood Family series. This is a light-hearted, clean and wholesome romance set in the Regency era. All books in this series have their own Happily-Ever-After and are best enjoyed in proper order.

My Review:

Spies, poison, murder, intrigue, romance, and witty banter all rolled into one amazing story! A Shadowed Charade is full of everything you want in a great read. Fantastic characters with wit and wisdom. Wesley and Melody made for quite the pair. He kept opening his mouth and inserting his foot and she quite soundly put him in his place. I loved that she was a spy who could decode and code like nobody’s business! Her twin Elodie was a delight and I cannot wait to read her story. The Lockwoods are a family you become a part of and A Shadowed Charade is a welcome addition to the series!
